Aru Suwai Food Pvt Ltd is located in Ward No 45, in the New Basti Atariya area of Cb Ganj. We are very close to the Cb Ganj Police Station, which is a lucky thing because it makes it easy for anyone to find us. We work on food products here, and the kitchen is always busy from early morning until late in the afternoon. It gets very hot near the stoves, so we keep the back doors open to let in whatever breeze we can get. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so there is always some noise from people living their lives. We have a small group of workers who handle everything from chopping to packing. We don't have fancy uniforms or a corporate office; we just wear what’s comfortable for working in a kitchen. Sometimes the supply of ingredients is late because of traffic near the station, and we have to scramble to get everything finished on time. The building itself is just a plain concrete structure with a heavy metal door. We spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of every day because working with food is messy. New Basti Atariya is a place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we often have neighbors sticking their heads in to see what we are cooking. We don't do much in the way of marketing. We just focus on getting the food packed and sent out to the people who buy it.
