Arc Design

We are located out in the Harthala Industrial Area of Moradabad, specifically at D-37 on Kanth Road. It’s right across from the PVR Cinemas, so there is always some life in the area, even when it’s late. Being in an industrial zone means it’s not the quietest spot to work, but it suits us just fine. We have enough room for our drafting tables and all the equipment we need to put designs together. The office feels a bit lived-in, with coffee mugs sitting next to blueprints and old project folders stacked in the corner. We spend a lot of time talking through ideas and trying to solve problems that come up during construction. It’s Moradabad, so we’re used to the heat and the way the power sometimes flickers in the afternoon. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing; we’re just a group of designers who like to get our hands dirty with the details. People come in from all over the city to talk about their shops or homes. We usually just pull up a chair and start sketching right there on whatever paper is handy. It’s a straightforward way of working. We stay busy with the local projects and try to make sure every drawing we send out is as clear as possible for the builders. Between the noise of the cinema traffic and the industrial sounds of Harthala, there’s never a dull moment. We just keep our heads down and focus on the blueprints.
