Ankit & Associates

Ankit & Associates has its office at D-253 on Kanth Road, which is part of the Ashiyana Colony in Moradabad, near the MDA Colony. It’s a fairly well-known part of the city. We have been here for a while and the location is quite convenient for most people. The office itself is a simple room where we keep all our records and drawing materials. It isn't a huge space, but we have organized it so that everyone has a place to work. Kanth Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic outside our windows. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We spend our days going through site reports and sketching out new ideas on paper. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on the details. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk in and see us at our desks. We try to keep things fairly informal because that’s just how we are. Sometimes the desk gets buried under folders and pens, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward operation. People stop by to discuss their house plans or just to see how things are progressing. We like being in this part of Moradabad because it feels connected to the rest of the city while still having its own local character. It’s just a place where work happens every day.
