Amasa Overseas

Our office for Amasa Overseas is located at B-573 in Lajpat Nagar. A lot of people find us by looking for the police choki nearby since that is the easiest landmark to spot in this part of town. Lajpat Nagar is always a bit hectic, with people moving around and cars honking, but once you step inside B-573, it’s a bit quieter. We mostly spend our time dealing with overseas shipping and all the paperwork that comes with that. There are usually a few boxes stacked up near the entrance waiting to be moved out. It isn't a corporate setup with a lot of glass and steel; it is just a functional room with desks and a couple of old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We have been here for a good amount of time, so we know the local tea seller and the other folks on the block pretty well. The Amasa Overseas name is on a plaque by the door, but it’s easy to miss if you are walking too fast. We don't do much in the way of decorating because we are usually too busy keeping track of where everything is supposed to be going. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists to make sure nothing gets left behind. We like being in this part of the city even if it gets a bit dusty in the afternoons when the wind picks up and blows through the street between the buildings.
