Alliance Sourcing

Alliance Sourcing is based in Neta Colony on Jaintipur Road. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of area, so you have a mix of houses and small businesses all around us. Our office is on the ground floor, and it’s basically just a couple of rooms where we sit and make calls all day. Sourcing is a lot of talking and waiting. We spend hours on the phone trying to find specific things for people, and then even more time waiting for someone to call us back. It’s not very exciting to watch, honestly. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and empty coffee cups that haven't been washed yet. We have a small window that looks out onto Jaintipur Road, so we see all the trucks and rickshaws going by. The noise can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’re at the right place. It’s a small team here, and we mostly just talk to each other about the weather or what we’re having for lunch while we wait for the next lead to come through. It’s a quiet life in Neta Colony, and we like the pace of it. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun sets. There isn't much more to it than that.
