Out in Mainather, in the Gangan Wali part of Moradabad. It's a bit away from the main city rush. The air feels a little different here. The building is simple. We open up early because people in the village areas start their day at sunrise. You’ll see people coming in from the nearby fields or the houses around Gangan Wali. We keep things basic. There’s a table, some chairs, and the cabinets where we keep everything. Moradabad is known for its brass, but out here it’s more about the farming and local life. We hear the tractors passing by on the main road. The clinic is a place where people come when they can’t make the long trip into the city center. We deal with whatever comes through the door, mostly seasonal stuff or small injuries. It’s not like those big city hospitals with marble floors. It’s just a room where we try to do the work. Sometimes there’s a wait, especially on market days. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to keep things moving. It’s a steady pace most days. You get to know everyone's name after a while. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, just taking things as they come. When the sun goes down, we pack up and head home like everyone else in the village. We don't have fancy lights, just enough to see what we're doing until the day is done.
