C. L. Gupta Exports Ltd.

We operate C. L. Gupta Exports Ltd. out in Boramani. It’s in the South Solapur area, which is mostly industrial and open land. Our place is easy to find if you know the At/Post-Boramani area. It’s a large site because we need the room for all the stuff we handle. There are trucks coming and going at all hours of the day. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning. Inside, it's a mix of warehouse space and a few small offices where the paperwork gets done. It’s loud most of the time because of the machinery and the loading. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the main areas, just big fans that try their best. The staff here are mostly local guys from South Solapur who have been with us since we opened up. We deal with a lot of shipping schedules and container lists. It can be stressful when a deadline is close, but we usually manage to get it done. We don't spend time on making the place look pretty for visitors. It’s a working export house, not a showroom. There are piles of crates and packing materials stacked up in the corners. We just focus on getting the goods out on time and making sure the counts are right. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Boramani every single day to keep things moving.
