We’re located at No. 203 Octivia Tower in Chandigarh Enclave, right on the Zirakpur Ambala Road. It’s a good location because so many people pass by on their way in and out of the city every single day. Travel Solution Chandigarh is basically just a small office where we handle trips and tickets. It’s a lot of computer work, checking prices, and making phone calls. We aren't a massive travel agency with branches everywhere. It’s just us here in Octivia Tower. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have seen the road get busier and busier every year. We don't really have a polished way of speaking or a fancy sales pitch. We just tell people where they can go and how much it’s going to cost. It’s straightforward and honest. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place for us to work. We deal with all sorts of travel requests, some simple and some a bit more complicated than others. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in notes and old itineraries. We don't use marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We're just local people helping other people get to where they need to go, whether it’s for work or a holiday. It’s a practical business. We like being near the Ambala Road because it feels like we're right in the middle of all the movement. There's always something happening right outside our window.
