Our place is at 53 Golden Enclave, which is right near the Municipal Park here in Zirakpur. It’s actually quite nice being so close to the park because we can see the trees and the people walking around when we step outside for a breath of air. Inside, it’s mostly boxes and shelves filled with surgical supplies and scientific equipment. We aren't a big flashy store; it’s more of a functional space where we manage our inventory and get things ready for delivery. Zirakpur has grown a lot, and the traffic near us can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure we haven't missed anything small. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand. We don't have a corporate office feel at all. It’s more like a family-run spot where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether that’s answering the phone or hauling crates. We don't bother with marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just provide the supplies that the local clinics and labs ask for. It’s simple, honest work, and being near the park makes the long days feel a little bit shorter.
