Verma Brothers Engineering Industries

Verma Brothers Engineering Industries is a small workshop we run on Under Bridge Road. It is located right near Maya Palace, so people usually find us without too much trouble. It is quite a noisy spot because of the traffic coming off the bridge, but that is just part of being in this area. We deal with a lot of metal and engineering work here. My brother and I have been doing this for years. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of workers. It is just a handful of us getting our hands dirty every day. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there is always a smell of oil in the air. We have some old machines that have been with us since we started, and they still do the job just fine. We spend most of our time fixing things or making parts that people need for their own businesses. Some days are very long and we end up staying late under the dim lights to finish a project. We drink a lot of tea to keep us going. We don't have a front office or anything fancy. If you need us, you just walk into the shop and find us by the lathes. It is a simple life and we like working with our hands. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes through the door.
