The area is usually bustling with activity, especially with all the development going on. Our yard is often filled with various pieces of equipment and machinery. It’s a working site, so it’s dusty and loud most of the time. We aren't the type of place with a clean, white-carpeted office. We have boots on the ground and grease on our hands. The staff here is used to the outdoor environment. We spend a lot of time checking on the machines and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a big space but we use every inch of it. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, but we keep moving regardless. Being near the hospital means the roads are usually well-maintained, which helps with moving the bigger gear. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. Most of our work is physical. We’ve been at this Phase 7 location for a while and it suits the type of heavy work we do. There’s no fluff here. We just handle the machinery and deal with the logistics as they come. It’s a basic operation that relies on showing up and putting in the hours. That is our daily life.
