Truvisiory Hr Consultancy Llp is run out of Flat 303 in the Jaipuria Sunrise Greens complex over in Zirakpur. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a lot more relaxed than a standard glass-and-steel office building. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. HR work can be a bit repetitive, but meeting different folks keeps it interesting. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at our desks, surrounded by folders and laptop chargers. Zirakpur is a loud place with all the traffic, but inside the flat, it’s usually quiet enough to think. We started this because we knew a bit about hiring and figured we could help out. It wasn't some big grand plan, just a way to use what we know. Sometimes we stay late when a client needs someone urgently, and other times we might leave a bit early if things are slow. We don't follow a super strict corporate handbook here. We just try to be fair and honest with everyone we deal with. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a dozen emails. It’s a simple life, but it works for us.
