Working out of Plot No. 85 in the industrial area of Moorthkri, life at Timpaa Foods is mostly about the schedule. Being in an industrial zone like this in Sas Nagar Mohali means there’s always a lot of activity, with trucks pulling in and out of the neighboring plots and the sound of machinery hum in the air. At Plot No. 85, we’re usually focused on the food production side of things, making sure everything is moving along the way it should. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, especially when the traffic in Mohali gets bad, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s just the work that matters. The building is a big, practical space designed for utility rather than looks. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking on things or in the small office area handling the orders. It gets pretty warm in the summer months, but that’s just part of being in an industrial area in this part of the country. Timpaa Foods isn't a place with a lot of frills. We have our routines, our regular breaks, and the steady flow of work that keeps us here from morning until the sun goes down. Most of us have been around here long enough to know the security guards at the main gate and the best spots to park so you don't get blocked in.
