Synergy Presswell

You can find Synergy Presswell over at D-161 in Phse-7 of the industrial area. It’s a bit of a maze back here with all the different units, but we’ve been in this particular spot for quite a bit. The sounds of machinery are pretty much the background music of our day. We do a lot of pressing work, which means there is a lot of metal clanging and heavy equipment moving around. The floor at D-161 is usually covered in a bit of oil or metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of what we do. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just us workers and the shop floor guys. Most of us have been working in Phse-7 for years and know the other business owners nearby. We get our orders, set up the machines, and get to work. It’s physically demanding sometimes, especially when the weather gets hot in the industrial sheds. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the machines and getting the parts out on time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real work. We just show up every morning, open the gates at D-161, and start the presses. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here.
