We are based out of the Minerva area in Village Zirakpur. It used to be a lot quieter around here a few years back, but now there are new buildings and apartments going up everywhere you look. We started this service because we saw a lot of property owners needing someone to keep an eye on things at night. Our office is just a simple, plain room where we keep the registers and the uniforms. We mostly hire local men who need the work and already know these streets well. It involves a lot of standing and watching, which sounds easy but it gets very long and tiring when it is freezing cold at night. We do not use any of that fancy corporate talk. We just tell our guys they need to be on time and keep their eyes open. Zirakpur has changed a lot, and with more people moving in, there is more trouble, so we stay busy. We have a few old motorbikes we use to go around and check on the different guard posts. Sometimes the batteries die and we have to spend ten minutes trying to kick-start them. That is just how things go for us. We are not some big national chain with a fancy website. We are just local people helping our neighbors feel a little bit safer. If you come by Village Zirakpur, you will find us near the Minerva landmark. There is usually someone sitting by the old desk drinking tea and waiting for the shift change.
