Sood Payal Architect

We are up on the first floor at 872 in Phase 2. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying a lot of gear. Sood Payal Architect has been running from this space for a while. We have drawing boards all over and rolls of paper tucked into every corner. Most days it’s just the sound of pencils and maybe a radio playing softly in the back. Phase 2 is a good area, easy to get to once you know which turn to take. Sometimes clients get a bit lost looking for the number, but they usually find us eventually. The light in this office is actually pretty good in the afternoons, which helps when we're looking at fine details. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk at whichever table is clear. It’s a bit cluttered, honestly. You’ll find samples of materials and old sketches scattered around. That’s just the way we work. It’s not about having a shiny office. It’s about the time we spend figuring things out on the drawing board. We take our lunch breaks together most days, usually just getting something from the local shops nearby. It works for us. We've been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. We just stay here and design.
