Simpolo Agencies

Simpolo Agencies is located right on the Zirakpur Main Market Road, which is always a bit of a chaotic place to be. We are quite close to the Ambala Road intersection, so there is never a quiet moment with all the cars and people passing through. Our shop is just like the others on this stretch, filled with stock and busy with people coming in to ask about prices or delivery times. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of inventory on hand. The floor is concrete, and the shelves are mostly metal, built to hold the weight of everything we carry. We usually have the radio playing in the background, though you can barely hear it over the noise from the street. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We know most of the regular customers by their first names. It isn’t a corporate environment where everything is polished and perfect. Sometimes the delivery truck is late because of the Zirakpur traffic, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the crates that arrive. It is a plain, everyday business where we focus on getting orders out the door. We don't have any fancy displays, just the products and a place for people to sit if they have to wait.
