You’ll find us over at Plot No. 880 Sec. 82 Industrial Area ( Jlpl) Jlpl. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but Gurubans Industries Pvt. Ltd. is easy to spot once you’re in the sector. The building is a standard industrial block. We have some heavy machinery that makes a fair bit of noise, so we usually have the radio playing loud to keep the energy up. I’ve been working here since we moved into this JLPL spot. It’s a modern area compared to some others, which is nice because the roads are actually paved well. We don't really have a big corporate structure. We just have the boss and the rest of us getting the jobs finished. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the production schedule. Sometimes visitors come by and they seem surprised that we don’t have a fancy waiting room. We just give them a plastic chair and some water. It’s a practical environment. We don't believe in wasting time on things that don't help the work move forward. The shifts can be long, but the team is good and we look out for each other. There’s always a bit of grease on the floor and some metal shavings in the corners. It’s just a regular workplace where we get through the daily grind together.
