If you find yourself in Phase-IX of SAS Nagar in Mohali, you can find us at SCO 76. This is where we run the daily operations for Pearls Buildwell Infrastructure Ltd. It’s a typical office setup with desks, computers, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. We spend a good chunk of our day talking to contractors, checking on site progress, and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with construction and infrastructure projects. Mohali has been growing so fast, and being in Punjab, there is always some new project starting up somewhere nearby. We aren't out on the sites every single minute, but a lot of the planning happens right here at this desk. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and site maps spread out everywhere. We drink a lot of chai while discussing timelines or waiting for deliveries to arrive at different locations. It is not a quiet job, as the phones are always ringing with someone asking about a foundation or a material shipment. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s about getting the buildings up and making sure the roads or structures are solid. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on slowing down. Just a regular bunch of people trying to build things that last.
