We’ve been at S. C. F. No. 30 in Phase 2 for a while now. S. A. S. Nagar has changed a lot since we first opened the doors here, but we are still in the same spot, doing what we do. It’s a busy area, mostly shops and offices, so there’s always people walking by or parking issues out front. We handle the overseas stuff from this small office. It isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up on the shelves. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, which makes the international calls hard, but we manage. Most days it’s just us answering phones and checking on shipments. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anyone to bring you tea in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through files or talking to a driver who got lost. It’s just how things work here in Sapt Sindhu Overseas Pvt. Ltd. The stairs up to the unit are a bit steep, and the lighting in the hallway isn't the brightest, but it works for what we need. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all kind of look out for each other. People around here just want to get their work done and go home to their families. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing in town, just trying to keep the business moving and the orders correct.
