Sai Foods

You can find us at Sai Foods over at Sco.3 in Rajpura. We are pretty easy to find since we are right at Pachranaga Chowk, not too far from Lakkar Mandi. The area stays pretty busy with all the timber business nearby, so there is always some activity going on outside our door. We mostly just focus on getting things prepared every day. It’s a lot of routine work, checking ingredients and making sure everything is in its place. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic food stuff that people need. The shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that is just how it goes in a small business. We like being in Rajpura; it feels like home to us. Most of the people who stop by are regulars from the neighborhood or workers from the wood market. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how things should run. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the shift, which isn't the best part of the day, but it’s necessary. We just show up, do the work, and go home to do it all again tomorrow. It’s a steady pace and it suits us just fine. We have been here for a couple of years now and it’s been quite a journey.
