We are Rb Forgings Pvt. Ltd., and we have been based in Phase Vii of the Industrial Area in Sas Ngr for quite a while. Our address is E-164-165, right in the middle of all the heavy workshops. Forging is tough, loud work. The heat from the furnaces is something you never really get used to, but it's part of the job. We take raw metal and shape it into parts that go into machines and vehicles. It’s a physical job and everyone here works hard. Our facility isn't pretty; it’s covered in soot and the smell of hot metal. But that’s how a real forge should be. We have a mix of young guys learning the trade and veterans who can tell if a part is right just by the sound it makes. Sas Ngr has a lot of manufacturing going on, so we are in good company. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or marketing talk. Most of our work comes from long-standing contracts and people who know we get the job done. Sometimes the machines act up or the material isn't quite right, and we have to start over. That’s just the nature of forging. We stay busy through the shifts and make sure the output is what it needs to be. It’s a basic, honest industrial life and we’re alright with that.
