Pns Electronics (P) Ltd. is situated at D-59 in the Phase-5 Industrial Area. This part of the city is full of factories and workshops so it always has that hum of machinery in the background. Our building is a simple industrial structure with big doors for loading and unloading goods. Inside the space is divided between the office area and the section where we keep the electronic equipment and parts. It is often quite dusty because of all the construction nearby so we are always wiping down the workbenches. We spend our days looking at circuit boards testing different components and boxing things up for transport. It is not a glamorous job but we enjoy the technical side of it. We have some old benches that have been here since the start and they have got the marks to prove it. The lighting is bright fluorescent which helps when you are looking at tiny wires all day. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the back to keep things from getting too quiet while we work. Most of us have been working here together for years so we know the routine inside out. We do not really do meetings and we just talk over the partitions or while we are standing around the packing table. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We just stay focused on the electronics at D-59 and try to get the orders out the door without too much fuss.
