We are based over in Phase-7 of the Industrial Area, specifically at E-167. This isn’t a gym where you come to workout, but rather a place where we handle the equipment side of things. There are always boxes and metal frames laying around the floor. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in. We spend a lot of time unboxing stuff or checking parts. The air usually smells like rubber and paint. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know our way around a wrench and a screwdriver. We don’t have a shiny showroom with bright lights. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in work clothes with grease on our hands. We do a lot of assembly and fixing up of machines. It’s heavy work, and the summer heat in the warehouse can be pretty brutal. We just drink plenty of water and keep moving. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is bolted together right. We don't go in for fancy talk about health and wellness, we just focus on the mechanical side of the gear. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a machine moved, we figure out how to get it done. It’s a very hands-on kind of life here in the industrial park. We just show up and do the work, making sure the orders are ready for the trucks when they arrive to pick up the freight.
