We are located at Plot No. 4 in Kamala Market. If you know the market, you know it is always busy and loud from morning until evening. There are people everywhere and the smell of food from the stalls nearby is quite strong. Our shop is where we keep all the drugs and chemical supplies. It is an old building with high ceilings, but it works for what we need. We don't have fancy air conditioning in the front, just a few old fans that keep the air moving on hot days. The wooden shelves are packed from floor to ceiling with bottles and boxes. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for, but we know where every single thing is kept. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They usually stop by to chat for a bit about their families before picking up their orders. We don't do any big advertising or have a website. Word of mouth in the market is enough for us to keep going. The morning is the busiest time when the delivery trucks arrive and block the narrow lane. We have to move quickly to get everything off the trucks and into the store before the crowd gets too thick. By the afternoon, things slow down a little, and we can catch up on the bookkeeping at the small desk in the back. It is a very local way of doing business and we like being part of the market life.
