You can find us right opposite the Canara Bank on the Chandigarh-Patiala Highway in Zirakpur. It’s a very busy spot because of the highway. There’s a constant sound of horns and engines, which can be a bit much if you’re not used to it. We’ve been in this shop for quite some time now. Most of the day is spent handling requests from people who drop in while they’re passing through. We have a few machines that take up most of the floor space, and they make a fair bit of noise too. It’s definitely not a quiet office. We usually have a pile of samples sitting on the front counter that we need to sort through. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see the details of what we’re working on. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things take longer than they should, but we just deal with it. We don't have any fancy titles here; we all just jump in and do whatever is needed at the moment. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with paper scraps and ink around, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We like being right on the highway because we see all sorts of people. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things moving along smoothly.
