Nb Healthcare is located at Plot Number 966 in the JLPL Industrial Park. This is over in Sector-82, which is quite a modern part of the industrial area in Mohali. The roads here are wide, and everything looks quite organized compared to the older parts of town. Our building is a standard industrial setup. We have a lot of space for the machinery and the packaging units. It’s usually quite loud during the day when the production lines are running. We wear uniforms and caps because of the hygiene rules for healthcare stuff. It’s a lot of routine. We come in early, check the machines, and start the day’s production. The industrial park has a lot of other factories nearby, so there’s always a hum of activity in the air. We have a small canteen where we eat our rotis at noon. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some filing cabinets near the front entrance. We spend a lot of time on quality checks. It’s tedious but necessary work. Sometimes visitors come to see the facility, and we have to make sure everything is extra clean. The winters here get very cold, so we all wear heavy jackets over our uniforms. It’s a decent place to work. We just focus on getting the batch numbers right and keeping the machines maintained. The shifts can be long, but we have a good group of people here.
