Mr. Broker Enterprises

We’re located in Phase 5 of the Industrial Area in Mohali. Our office is on the first floor of Plot 209. It’s a very practical location for the kind of work we do every day. Mr. Broker Enterprises mostly deals with property matters and industrial leasing around this part of the city. Since it's an industrial zone, there are a lot of factories, warehouses, and workshops nearby. It isn't the kind of place you come for window shopping or a casual walk. Most people who come to see us already have a very specific business need in mind. We have a few simple desks and a lot of maps, files, and ledgers piled up. It’s certainly not a polished corporate environment with glass walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting different sites to check on things. Mohali has grown so much in the last few years, and Phase 5 is right in the middle of all that development. We see new buildings going up almost every month. Our job is basically to know who is moving in, who is moving out, and what spaces are becoming available. We don’t really have a big sales pitch or a brochure. We just tell you what the rent is, what the space looks like, and what the local rules are. It’s straightforward, honest work. Sometimes the dust from all the construction nearby gets into the office, but that’s just part of being here. We know the landlords well.
