You can find Marvel Heights & Infratech Pvt. Ltd at H.No. 1483 in Phase 10, Mohali. It is a residential house that we use as our main office. We have been in the construction and infrastructure line for a bit now. Mohali is growing fast, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from new buildings going up nearby. We have maps and blueprints spread out over the dining table most days. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a good chunk of our time out at the actual sites, so the office is just a place to touch base and file the papers. We are not a massive firm with a skyscraper office. We are just a local team that knows the local ground. We have a couple of motorbikes parked out front and a small sign near the gate. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to chat or ask about what is being built down the road. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just look at the plans, talk to the laborers, and try to get the structures finished on time. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the weather in Punjab makes it difficult, but we just keep going.
