Life Line Suprpseslit Heart Hospital is located right next to Hotel Ramada. You’ll find us easily because the hotel is a big landmark here. We are in that adjacent building, and even though the name sounds a bit complicated, we are just a bunch of people who focus on heart health. The building is designed to handle some of the more serious stuff that comes with heart problems, but we try not to make it feel like a scary place. It’s clean and the machines hum along in the background, but we talk to our patients like regular people. Being right by the Ramada means it’s easy for families who are coming from further away to find a place to stay nearby. We spend a lot of time monitoring screens and checking pulses. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve got a good rhythm down after all this time. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls or polished reception areas. Mostly, we just have charts and the equipment we need to do the job right. The staff is used to the long shifts that come with a specialty hospital like this. We take our tea breaks when we can and get back to the wards. It’s a serious business, looking after hearts, but we try to keep a friendly face for everyone who comes through the doors. We’re just a local hospital doing what needs to be done.
