We are located at Hareram Gupta’s house, number 2709 in Sector 69 of Sas Nagar, Mohali. Being in Punjab, we have a bit more space than you might find in some of the bigger cities. Sector 69 is a decent area, and working out of a house makes everything feel more personal. We have our desks set up in the main area, and there is always someone coming in to drop off a report or pick up some tools. It’s a lived-in space. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just contractors trying to do a good job on the projects we take on. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it gets hectic when a big deadline is coming up. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we work. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We have a small yard outside where we sometimes keep some of the larger equipment if it's not on a site. It’s a functional, no-frills setup. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it’s a real local team. We just focus on the day’s work and getting home at a decent hour. It is a practical way to run things without all the corporate overhead that usually slows everything down.
