We are over at S.C.O No-48 in Phase 11. Most days start pretty early around here because there is always a stack of files waiting on the desk. It’s a busy spot. People drop by looking for help with paperwork or some advice on how to handle their business stuff. We don't have a big fancy office, just enough chairs for whoever walks in and a decent enough coffee machine that works most of the time. We have been in this part of town for a bit now. You can usually find us sorting through documents or on the phone trying to clear up some confusion for a client. It isn't always quiet. Sometimes three people come in at once and things get a bit hectic. We try to keep things moving. There is a lot of back and forth with local rules and regulations that can be a real headache for folks, so we spend time looking into those details. The air conditioning in the office makes some noise but it keeps the heat away during the afternoons. It's just a few of us working here. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea nearby. Most of what we do is just sitting down and talking through what someone needs. It's straightforward work. We don't use a lot of complicated jargon. If a form needs filling or a plan needs a second look, that's what we do.
