Janta Clinic

Janta Clinic is tucked away in Gali number 2 of the Adarsh Nagar Colony. We’re right off the Old P N B Road in Zirakpur, not far from the Modern Complex. If you are looking for us, you have to turn into the lane near the post office area. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part, except for when people are coming and going from the clinic. The space we have is quite modest. It’s basically just a front room for waiting and a couple of back rooms where we see patients. We’ve been here in this colony for a long time, so we know most of the neighbors. People usually just walk over from their houses when they have a headache or need a prescription filled. It’s not the kind of place where you need an appointment weeks in advance; we try to see people as they come in. The walls have some old posters on them and the chairs are a bit mismatched, but it feels like home to us. Zirakpur has grown so much lately, but our little corner of Adarsh Nagar feels about the same. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We keep our own records and remember people's histories without needing a big computer system. It’s just a simple neighborhood clinic doing what we can for the folks who live nearby. We hope to stay here for many more years.
