Mega Heat Cast Pvt. Limited

Our foundry, Mega Heat Cast Pvt. Limited, is located at Plot No. 229 in the Phase-9 Industrial Area of Mohali. It’s a pretty intense environment here because of the heat from the furnaces. We’ve been doing casting work for a long time now. The air is thick with the smell of hot metal and sand molds. It’s a tough job and it gets very hot in the summer months. We have a team of guys who have been doing this for decades. They know exactly when the metal is ready just by looking at the color. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits. Most of us are wearing heavy boots and protective gear all day. The floor is covered in dark sand and bits of scrap metal waiting to be melted down again. We have a small office near the entrance, but it’s usually empty because we are all out on the floor. Things can be a bit messy and loud, but that’s the nature of a casting plant. We deal with various industrial clients who need specific parts made to order. Sometimes things don't go perfectly on the first pour, so we just do it again until it's right. It’s hard, physical labor, and we take it one day at a time. We’ve stayed in S.A.S. Nagar because the industrial community here is strong and we have everything we need nearby.
