Kapsons Fashion Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. D-196 in Phase 8 - B. It is a fairly large plot in the industrial area, so there is a lot of space for our production lines. Most of the time, the building is filled with the sound of machines running and people moving things around. It is not the kind of place where you will find a fancy showroom or a reception desk with flowers. It is a working factory. We have different sections for cutting, stitching, and checking the clothes. The floors are concrete and can get pretty cold in the winter. We spend a lot of time making sure the schedules are met because there is always a deadline hanging over us. It is a lot of logistics, getting the raw materials in and the finished fashion pieces out. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all just know what needs to be done. We do not really have time for corporate meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the work on the tables. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them on the fly, which can be stressful. Outside, the roads in Phase 8 - B are usually busy with trucks and other workers. It is a very practical, hardworking environment. We just try to get the garments finished right and shipped out to wherever they need to go.
