Marion Wuerth India Private Limited is situated at F- 410 in Industrial Area Phase- 8 B. This area is full of different factories and workshops, and we fit right in. We spend most of our time looking at parts and making sure everything is counted correctly. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we stay busy. There is a lot of back and forth with suppliers and keeping track of what goes where. We have some machines that need constant attention and a crew that knows how to fix them when they act up. It isn't a quiet place to work, but we are used to the hum and the occasional bang. We keep a coffee machine in the break room that barely works, but it's better than nothing. Most of us have been here for a few years, so we know the routine. We don't bother with big meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just talk over the noise on the floor to get things sorted. The winters here can get cold, so we all wear extra layers under our work clothes. In the summer, we just open the big doors and hope for a breeze. It is a practical way to spend the day. We focus on the tasks in front of us and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. We just do our job and call it a day.
