Gvs Impex

The office for Gvs Impex is over on Siswan Road, in Ward No-6. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right near where S. Sohan Singh’s family is known. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. The road outside gets quite dusty in the summer, and you can hear the bikes and tractors going by all day long. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a practical building where we handle our importing and exporting business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists on the computer. Sometimes the shipments are late, and that makes for a stressful afternoon, but mostly we just keep things moving. We have a small staff here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We usually share some snacks in the late afternoon. The walls are a bit plain, and we have files stacked up in the corners because we never seem to have enough shelves. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, probably because we’ve been here so long. We don't do much marketing or anything. People just know where we are on Siswan Road. When the day ends, we shut off the lights and walk out into the evening air. It’s a quiet life in Ward No-6, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way without making much of a fuss about it.
