G. S. Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is situated at E-69 in Phase-8 of the Industrial Area. If you spend time in Phase-8, you know it's a hub for a lot of different manufacturing and tech companies. Our unit is a standard industrial space that we’ve converted to handle electronic work. It’s got the big windows and the grey walls you’d expect. Phase-8 has grown a lot since we first moved into E-69, with new buildings popping up every year. The space is divided into a few sections—one for the actual electronics assembly and a small corner for the administrative stuff. It’s often quiet inside because everyone is concentrated on small parts, except for the occasional sound of a delivery truck outside. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We usually just talk over the work while we’re doing it. The industrial area can be a bit chaotic during shift changes, but we’ve got our own little rhythm at E-69. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We’re just a private limited firm that focuses on getting the electronics right. Most of us have been here since the beginning, so we know the place inside out. It’s a functional environment, built for work rather than show. We just keep our heads down and keep the production line moving as best we can. It's what keeps the lights on for us year after year.
