Estate Sponsors

We are located in Sector 119, over in the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar area of Mohali. Our office for Estate Sponsors is SCO 103, which is right in Phase 1. It’s a typical shop-cum-office setup. If you walk in, you’ll see a few desks, some maps of the local area pinned to the walls, and a lot of folders. We spend our days dealing with properties and land. It is not always exciting work, as there is a lot of waiting for documents and talking to people about prices. We’ve seen Mohali change quite a bit from this office. When we first started, there were fewer buildings around here. Now, Sector 119 is growing fast and there is construction everywhere you look. We try to keep things honest and straightforward when we talk to anyone who comes in. We aren't a big corporate agency with fancy suits. Most days, we’re just dressed in regular clothes, drinking tea and looking over property listings. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We know the streets and the blocks around here very well. People drop by to ask about plots or shops, and we just give them the facts as we know them. It is a small, local business and we plan on staying in this part of Mohali for a long time because we like the community.
