Elite Industries

Elite Industries is located at D-53 in Phase 5 of the Industrial Area. It’s a standard industrial block, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We have a big rolling shutter door that stays open most of the day to let the breeze in. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with a few tables and chairs for the staff to take their breaks. We handle a lot of packing and assembly here, so there are always boxes stacked up near the entrance. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks in it from moving heavy equipment around over the years. We start the day early, around eight, and get the machines warmed up. It’s a routine that hasn't changed much since we moved here. There is a lot of back-and-forth with the suppliers, and sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the right gate in Phase 5. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually helps whoever walks in. It’s a bit of a scramble when a big order comes in, but we usually manage to get it sorted out. We don't use any complicated systems, just a lot of lists and a whiteboard to keep track of what’s going out. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been doing this for a long time. We just focus on getting the day's work finished so we can head home.
