Ebony Telecom

Ebony Telecom is tucked away at 4680 in Sector 68. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main market areas, which is actually kind of nice. We started this place because we saw how much everyone around here needed help with their mobile connections and tech. It isn't a massive showroom with glass walls or anything. It's just a functional space where we keep the boxes piled up and the tools ready. Most days, it’s just the sound of someone testing a line or the hum of the computer fans in the background. We get people coming in with cracked screens or phones that won't turn on, and we just do what we can to fix them up. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to call the customers to tell them to wait a bit longer. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We know the regulars by name now, especially the older folks who live nearby and need help setting up their data plans. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the counters. We don't really have a set lunch break; we just eat when there's a quiet moment between customers. It’s a decent way to spend the day, staying busy and helping people get back on their phones. We keep the door open when the weather is good to let some air in.
