You have to take the elevator up to the third floor of the West Block in the 5 Rivers Wellness Clinics building. We are located in Sector 104 of Mohali. It’s a bit quieter up here than it is on the street level. At Dr Bhatti’S Aesthetic Clinic, the days are mostly filled with appointments and consultations. The rooms are kept very white and clean, which is different from the dusty roads outside in Punjab. People come in with different concerns about their skin or how they look, and we just try to give them clear answers. It is a medical environment, so there is always that faint smell of antiseptic. We don't have a big sales team or anything; it’s mostly just the medical staff and the reception desk. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and people have to wait a bit longer than we planned. We try to keep the files organized, but it’s a lot of paperwork. The Pearl City area is still developing, so there’s often construction noise nearby. We just focus on the person sitting in the chair. It’s not about making big promises, it’s just about the procedures and the care. We spend a lot of time explaining how things work so people aren't nervous. It's a professional place but we keep it pretty straightforward and simple. There's no need for extra fluff when you're dealing with health.
