Starting at Plot No. C-36 in the Phase-II Industrial Area here in Sasanagar, things usually get moving pretty early in the morning. We have been working with plastics at Diplast Plastic Ltd for quite a while now. The shed is often loud because of the machines running, and there is always that specific smell of warm plastic hanging in the air. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We’ve got stacks of raw materials piled up near the entrance and workers moving back and forth between the molding stations all day. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this industrial zone, so we deal with it as it comes and keep going. Most of our days are spent checking the cooling cycles or making sure the pellets are feeding into the hoppers correctly. It’s practical, repetitive work. People stop by the office to talk about orders or just to see how things are going on the shop floor. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the equipment, and the products we get out the door every week. Sasanagar is a busy spot, and being in Phase-II means we are surrounded by other workshops doing similar hard work. We keep our tools clean and try to stay organized, though things can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment is ready to go. That’s just the reality of a manufacturing spot like ours.
