Dhupar Sandeep Architect

Working out of Flat No.4575 in the Army Complex at Darshan Vihar is pretty quiet. Being in Sector-68 means we are away from the main city rush which helps with focusing on drawings. Dhupar Sandeep Architect is really just a small operation. We spend most of our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. The office is basically one of the rooms in the flat, so it feels very much like a home. There are stacks of papers everywhere, mostly site plans and old sketches that we haven't archived yet. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear them while we work. It’s a bit different than a glass office building in the center of town. We like it this way because it’s practical. Getting to the A.W.H.O complex is easy enough once you know which gate to use. We do a lot of residential stuff, mostly because that's what people around here need help with. The coffee machine we have is a bit temperamental, so we usually just make tea. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone to answer phones, so if we're busy on a site visit, you might have to leave a message. It’s just a normal day-to-day life of an architect here. The balcony has a decent view of the sector which is nice for breaks. We just try to get the work done right. It suits us just fine for the kind of work we do here.
