DAYAK VENTURES LLP operates out of FT B 5 GF 3 in the Nirmal Chaya building. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s a very easy place to get into. We have been in this spot for some time now and it feels comfortable. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a functional workspace where we handle our various venture projects. We don't have a big reception desk or someone to open the door for you. It’s just us working at our stations. Nirmal Chaya is a decent building and we like the neighborhood. We usually get in early and start on whatever is at the top of the pile. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of documents to go through. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just a group of people trying to do a good job with the work we have. The ground floor location means we see a lot of people walking by, which keeps things from feeling too isolated. We keep our files in order and make sure the phones are answered during the day. There isn't any fancy mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the work that’s in front of us and try to keep things moving along. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and it works for us.
