Chakravarty Sandeep Architect

I work out of House Number 84 in Phase-Ii. My name is Sandeep Chakravarty and I’m an architect. The office is basically a converted part of the house where I live. It’s usually quiet, which helps a lot when I need to focus on a new design or a floor plan. There are always pencils, rulers, and scraps of paper scattered across the tables. Phase-Ii is a nice area, not too much noise from the main roads. I spend a lot of time visiting construction sites to make sure everything is being built according to the drawings. It’s a lot of driving back and forth across town. People usually find me through friends or neighbors who have seen my work. I don’t have a big staff, maybe just an assistant now and then when things get really busy. We handle the drawings and the permits for local houses. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are close or the weather is bad, but that’s just the job. My desk is usually covered in coffee cups and large blueprints. I like the local feel of working from here. You get to know the families and the people building their homes. It’s not a big corporate firm with glass walls. It’s just a professional space where I try to get the lines right. I’ve been doing this for a long time now in this neighborhood.
