Callbackers

We set up Callbackers over at 4650 Darshan Vihar in Sec 68. It’s a straightforward office space, nothing too flashy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at our desks. Since we’re in Darshan Vihar, it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which helps us focus on what we are doing. We aren't the type of company with a glass building and a marble lobby. It’s just a regular room with computers and some comfortable chairs for the staff. We handle a lot of calls and follow-ups, which is where the name comes from. It gets busy in the afternoons, and the noise level definitely goes up when everyone is talking at once. We’ve had to learn how to manage our time better because the work never really stops coming in. We don’t have a big handbook of rules; we just try to treat people decently and get the answers they need. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power acts up, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the sector. It’s a small group of us working here. We mostly keep to ourselves but we know the security guards and the folks in the nearby blocks. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home after a long day. It’s a solid way to make a living and we appreciate the local people.
