Brilliant Exports

If you look for House No. 408 in Phase-4, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a residential area mostly, so Brilliant Exports feels more like a home than a big company. We’ve set up the workspace in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit cramped to an outsider. There’s always boxes stacked up near the entrance, and the tape dispenser is probably the most used tool in the building. Phase-4 is a quiet enough neighborhood, though it gets a bit lively when the school nearby lets out. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything. Most people just know us by the address. The work we do involves a lot of checking and re-checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be before it leaves the house. Sometimes the tea lady stops by, and we take a break for ten minutes. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don’t really have meetings; we just talk across the room. If someone needs help with a heavy crate, everyone jumps in. The floor is concrete and gets cold in the winter, so we all wear thick socks. We just focus on getting the shipments ready and out the door. It’s a simple setup, and it works for what we need to do every day. No one is trying to impress anyone here, we just work.
