Our place is located over at 41 Guru Nanak Nagar in Baltana. It’s part of the Mohali district, but Baltana has its own specific feel. We’re right in the neighborhood, so it feels more like a local community than a big industrial zone. At Brexsun Pharma, we deal with all sorts of pharmaceutical supplies. The office is usually a bit of a mess with invoices and delivery schedules scattered around. We have a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. You might find the person who answers the phone also helping to move boxes when a shipment comes in. It’s a hands-on environment. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can keep the stock organized and manage the paperwork. We get a lot of dust coming in from the street during the dry months, so we’re always cleaning off the desks. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write professional sounding brochures. We just talk to our customers like regular people. Most of our day is spent making sure the medicines are stored right and that the distributors get their orders on time. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Guru Nanak Nagar. We like the fact that people can just drop by and talk to us directly without going through some big corporate system.
