Pawan Clinic

Pawan Clinic is over in Balongi, right where things get a bit busy during the day. We’ve been here for a while now, just dealing with whoever walks through the door needing help. It’s not a fancy place with shiny floors or anything like that. Mostly it’s just us seeing patients from the neighborhood and trying to keep up with the queues that form outside. Sometimes the wait gets a bit long, but people around here are patient enough. We have chairs for waiting, though they’re nothing special to look at. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time. We see all sorts of stuff, mostly just regular health issues that people in Balongi deal with every day. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the person sitting in front of us. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone. We don't have a big reception desk or some computerized system that takes forever to load. It’s mostly paper files and talking to people directly. If you’re looking for us, we’re just right there in the middle of things. Most mornings start early because people like to get seen before they head off to work. It’s just how it goes here. We don't do much advertising because the local folks already know where the door is and when we’re usually around. Sometimes we even stay open late for emergencies.
